We're a New Zealand business, but if you're visiting or ordering from the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you a specific set of rights over your personal data. We honour all of them:
- Access, ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy
- Rectification, have inaccurate data corrected
- Erasure, ask us to delete your data where there's no legal need to keep it
- Restriction & objection, limit or object to how we process your data
- Portability: get your data in a usable, machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent: where processing relies on consent, withdraw it anytime
Our lawful basis for processing is contract performance (making and delivering your order), legal obligation (tax records), and legitimate interest (running the studio sensibly). Marketing only happens with consent.

Making a GDPR request
Email entrychoicewave@gmail.com with "GDPR request" in the subject. We respond within one month, free of charge, you'll be asked to confirm identity first so we're handing data to the right person.

Our systems and providers are based in New Zealand, which the EU recognises as providing adequate data protection. If data ever travels further afield through our email or payment providers, it's covered by their own GDPR-compliant safeguards.

Complaints
If you think we've mishandled your data, tell us first. Most issues get fixed in a phone call. You also have the right to complain to the NZ Office of the Privacy Commissioner, or to your local EU/UK supervisory authority if you're based there.
