for ordering flowers
The terms that apply when you order from EntryChoiceWave: ordering, substitutions, delivery, cancellations and what happens if something goes wrong.
The handshake version
Order, we confirm, you approve the photo, we deliver. If we mess up, we fix it or refund it. The clauses below exist for the edge cases, not for everyday orders, but they're worth a skim if you're booking a wedding or an event.

Contact the studioOrdering and confirmation
An order is confirmed when we've replied with the plan and price, and you've approved it. The website form alone isn't a binding order. Same-day orders need to reach us by 12:00 noon, Monday to Saturday.
- All prices are NZD and include GST
- Payment is due at order for everyday bouquets; weddings and events take a 30% deposit
- We may decline orders we genuinely can't fulfil, you'll hear why and pay nothing
Substitutions and seasonality
Flowers are a natural product working to a season, not a warehouse catalogue. We guarantee:
- Substitutions always match or beat the agreed value, never a quiet downgrade
- Palette and feel stay true to the approved design
- The bench photo shows the real stems before delivery
If your brief needs a stem we can't get in acceptable condition, we tell you at planning stage, not at the doorstep.
Delivery
- Oamaru town $10, Waitaki surrounds $14-18, quoted at order
- Same-day orders by noon go out in the afternoon run (roughly 14:00-18:00)
- If nobody's home we call first, then leave flowers somewhere sensible and photo the spot
- Incorrect address details are on us to check: if we deliver to the address you gave and it's wrong, we'll remake at a reduced rate, not full price
Cancellations and changes
- Everyday orders: free cancellation until the bouquet is made; after that, up to 50% depending on stage
- Weddings and events: deposit is refundable to 8 weeks out, 50% to 4 weeks, non-refundable inside 4 weeks
- Subscriptions, pause or cancel any time before that week's stems are cut
- Change requests are free until cutting starts, after that we'll tell you what a change costs first

The legal frame
These terms sit alongside your rights under NZ consumer law: the Consumer Guarantees Act applies to everything we sell, and nothing here contracts out of it. Disputes go to New Zealand law and New Zealand courts, though we'd far rather sort things over the phone.
