Every order includes all of this
The stuff other places charge for, or just quietly skip.
Bench photo
Your actual bouquet, photographed before it leaves. Tweak it if it's not right.
Handwritten card
Real handwriting, real card stock. Dictate it or write it yourself in the shop.
Water-packed travel
Stems ride in water tubes or a wet wrap, so they arrive fresh, not tired.
Honest substitutions
If a stem isn't up to it, we swap up (never down) and tell you in the photo.
Care card
Specific instructions for the flowers in that bouquet, not a generic leaflet.
Fresh-for-5 promise
Wilted inside five days with normal care? Replacement or refund, your call.
Found your number? Let's build the bouquet.
Order before noon for same-day Oamaru delivery, or book ahead and stop thinking about it.
